Easy to slip on to knees, elbows, ankles, shins, forearms, and more
Makes it simple to find relief anytime, anywhere
For cold therapy, place inside of the included freezer bag and place in a freezer for at least two hours
For heat therapy, place inside of a microwave and heat for 45 seconds. Do not heat for more than 90 seconds
To use, make sure the threaded end of the sleeve is positioned closest to your hand or foot
Do not get wet; if the sleeve gets wet, allow it to fully air dry before continuing use
