• For cold therapy, place inside of the included freezer bag and place in a freezer for at least two hours

• For heat therapy, place inside of a microwave and heat for 45 seconds. Do not heat for more than 90 seconds

• To use, make sure the threaded end of the sleeve is positioned closest to your hand or foot

• Do not get wet; if the sleeve gets wet, allow it to fully air dry before continuing use
