  • What is Dash Medical?

    • Dash is a family and friends operated medical supply business.  We are the sister site to Bright Medical Technology, Inc. which has been proudly serving the Philadelphia region for 30+ years.  Let our family help your family. 

  • What are your customer service hours?

    • Monday - Friday: 8:00am - 5:00pm EST.

  • Do you have samples?

    • Samples are available upon request.

  • What should I do if items in my order are missing, damaged, or if I never receive it?

    • Most importantly, we make sure our customer service is excellent.  If you experience any issues with your order, call our customer service team at 800-395-3274 or send us an email to orders@dashmedicalsupply.com and we will gladly assist you.

  • Do you accept any forms of insurance?

    • We do not accept any insurances.

  • What payment forms do you accept?

    • We accept credit and debit cards, as well as PayPal.

  • Do you have any discounts?

    • All discounts are listed on home page.

  • Where do you ship to?

    • Dash only ships to the contiguous 48 states.  We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or any countries outside the U.S.

  • How much does shipping cost?

    • Flat rate shipping is $6.95.

    • Free shipping on orders over $49. 

  • How long does my order take to arrive?

    • Orders will arrive in 1-3 business days. (Orders may take up to 2 business days to process, depending on weekends and  holidays)

  • Can I track my order?

    • Yes, order tracking will be available.

  • What’s your return policy?

    • We accept returns up to 30 days from the purchase date and will fully refund you.  Customer is responsible for shipping costs.  We ask that the product is unused, unopened, and in the original packaging.  Give us a call at 800-395-3274 or email orders@dashmedicalsupply.com to begin the return process.  We will provide you with the return address for where the order will be shipped to.
